I. Major Divisions and Functions

Division

Function

Internal Audit

  • Reviewe and assess the internal control system
  • Conduct audit plans and provide improvement recommendations.

Accounting, Finance & Investor Relations

  • Conduct the overall financial planning, funding arrangement and risk management.
  • Manage overall accounting, investment, tax and stock matters, and provide financial and accounting information for decision-making.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and deliver correct and effective information.

Human Resources Division

  • Plan and execute human resources matters and employee relationship management.
  • Responsible for employee training and development.
  • Develop and implement personnel system.

Project Management Division

  • Responsible for overall production and project management.
  • Coordinate in new product development and technology upgrade in response to the customers’ needs and the market trend.
  • Fulfill customers’ requirements to support customer relationship management.

Engineering Division

  • Responsible for the development and design of yacht production.
  • Develop and improve the yacht production on electrical, mechanical, structural and interior engineering.

Manufacturing Division

  • Implement and monitor production control and manufacturing management.
  • Conduct quality control, and improve / enhance the manufacturing process.

Supply Chain Management

  • Coordinate the overall procurement strategy, safety storage for key components, and warehouse management.
  • Monitor material price and find out 2nd source suppliers.
  • Develop and sustain partnership with strategic suppliers.

Quality Assurance Division

  • Responsible for quality management and inspection mechanism.
  • Responsible for after-sale repair and maintenance services .

Occupational Safety Division

  • Handle company-wide issues including occupational safety, damage prevention, risk control of the factories, etc.
  • Assist the relevant departments to execute occupational safety and health work plan.
  • Responsible for EHS system implementation and management.
